Another Adventurous Winter

Blogging seems to have gone on the back burner this past winter. I will try to do a synopsis of all that has happened since we came home from selling in September. To start off Debbie came into town and watched the kids so Jon and I could go on an awesome backpacking adventure in Yellowstone. We enjoyed true backpacking style with Mountain House Meals. Carrying in only what we could on our backs, and seeing the beauties of the nature just the two of us!
When we came home life began. Jon received a job from John Porter working for Focus and he went full force with all his might to make this the end of His summer selling career. Makenna started Kindergarten with Mrs. Carpenter as her teacher, I am doing a Joy School with Autumn which she loves. Traveling from house to house receiving lots of friend time :) Dean started walking and is so happy and smiley. I love my boy!
The girls have enjoyed many activities this year envolving Dance, Cheerleading, and Mini Drill. They have performed 3 times and love being the center of attention and getting all gussied up!
Later in October I found out I was pregnant with number 4. This was somewhat of an overwhelming experience and I didn't know quite how to take it.
For Thanksgiving we went to Jon's Sisters to find out that His Brother Tom was engaged. Hurray!!! We were able to meet wonderful Sarah and find them a perfect match.
Christmas was awesome the kids had a blast. The hit presents this year were a make-up kit Makenna received, and the 2 motorized mopeds that they drove all around the house. Dean just liked ripping open the presents.
January and February proved to be cold and slow, but March has brought a lot of fun. St. Patrick's Day the leprechauns visited leaving us with green toes, milk, and eggs. All the while leaving there green footprints on the ground. Jon had his BIG 30 Birthday, my little sister Whitney had her first baby girl; Maylee, and Makenna lost 6 teeth. 4 were actually pulled by the Dentist.
As far as church goes. I have been called to the Cub Scouts as the Bear Den Assistant, and Jon is the Ward Mission Leader, and Family History Consultant. It has been an interesting and prayerful Winter as we have struggled to make the decision to sell for APX which has now changed to VIVENT or to try to make the job at Focus produce more numbers. In only 2 weeks the summer selling starts, and I think Jon has decided that it is inevitable that we will go out again. They are selling in Rancho Cucamunga CA which is a beautiful area and close to the beach and Disneyland. The downside is I am due to have my 4th a baby girl June 6th or around then at least so as a family we will be separated again. Makenna doesn't finish school until the end of May so I have to stay for that anyway, but we are planning on doing some very fun things while out there. I hope!!!!
I am sure I missed a lot in this catch up, but I will try to be better in the future.

What a catch up! So good to hear from you in Blogger land again. Your family is beautiful as always. Good luck with number 4 and selling this summer. We should try to have dinner before she shows up. Miss you, Kass.
